Not just city but 95 north or south in the entire state of Connecticut is terrible. I have never seen people speed up to 65 then stop and repeat for absolutely no reason at all, this eventually causes the average speed to be 10mph for what seems like eternity. I will take DC or Atlanta traffic any day.
