Seattle. Wife and I lived there two years (2005-2007)and I felt like a prisoner in our home because it took 45 minutes to go anywhere during rush hour which lasted from 6AM-7PM. We took the kids back there a few years ago and vowed we’ll never go back which is a shame because it’s a beautiful city and I honestly didn’t mind the weather
