I would say Chicago was the worst for me. That was over 10 years ago. The thing I remember there probably more than anything else was the surging traffic. You would be going 50-60 mph for a few miles then slow down to stop and go traffic then back to 50 mph. You really had to pay attention to what was going on in front of you.
