Northern Missouri | Just did a Google Search "Grass Finished Beef" and came up with this pdf file.

I question the fact sheet with the opinion of America not being able to do large volumes of grassfed because of weather and non-growing seasons. It is a problem, but I have seen creative people find good solutions to overcome it and I assume a fairly profitable business out of this niche. | |
