Subject: RE: Pull Type

Galahad, Alberta
The IH 914 was the pt version of the 915. Then in '78 or so they came out with the 1482, a pt version of the 1480. This was followed by the 1682 in the mid eighties. Over at Deere, they had the 96 and 106, pt versions of the 95 and 105 from the early 70's. Then came the 6601 and 7701, pt versions of the 6600 and 7700. In '79 Deere built the 7721, the only pt titan combine. They stayed in production until 89 when the 9501 came out. These were built until about '93, when lack of demand stopped production. Massey made a pt version of the 750, called the 751, as well as 851 and 852 pt combines. Here in Canada, Co-op Implements built a pt combine called the 960, then they made a 9600, followed by a 9850, which was an imported european machine. All were poor machines. Gleaner hasn't made a pt combine since they had Baldwin painted on the side and were powered by a Ford model T engine.
