They moved me off the tractor seat and replaced the pull type combine, replaced the combine controls with hydraulics, got me out of the dust and inside a cab and I was very appreciative. The seat position wasn't a biggie for me.
The biggest improvement since then was the combine air conditioner. Progress is good.
Why did it take 50 years?
