"Cooking with Pooh" I'm not gonna get into it with you guy's and your limmi/simmi/chi thing. Never been around any simmi or chi. The few limos I have been around are crossed with Hereford and IMO are better to work around than your average black Angus. Those black calves really know how to kick! IMO any breed has some psycho bloodlines in it. J215 was a nutjob as far as horned Herefords go IMO. I'm a believer in Soapweeds philosophy that the best way to work cattle fast is to work them slow. Doesn't matter if you use a horse, 4 wheeler, on foot, whatever. The whoopin' and hollerin' cowboy stuff gets on my nerves as much as it does on the cattle.
