this right here is what gets me. What's their point in doing it. We want to be able to have manditory source verified cattle but we don't want country of origin labeling thats a complete joke.
if it its strictly for animal health regulation and tracking of individual cattle well then they need to take a long hard look at what they're doing now and instead of adding more regulation need to enforce the rules already in place. In my opinion electronic IDs are crap strictly from the point of view that they are not just easy to remove but so easy a 5 yr old can do it.
