So the organization that is against COOL is for mandatory animal identification in the US?
Little suspicious to say the least.
Sure would be convenient for the packer to know which ranch the beef that graded well came from. They could buy them next year and put in their feed yards.
That's why the reply to NCBA pushing eid should always be, "no COOL, NO EID!"
