I think the tagging in Michigan is more than 10 years, but that's beside the point you make about the illegals. I've been saying that for years, we know where all the cows are (or might have come from) in Michigan, but not the illegals. Where in the heck is our priories?
Moving toward two decades that it's been mandatory here in Michigan. Since March 1 2007. I don't think anymore about it anymore than I do to putting gas in the truck before I head to the sale barn with a load. It seemed like a bigger deal until it became "what we do". Once everybody stopped complaining, there wasn't anything to complain about.
