| I agree about the paylean, but with the high feed costs most likely will see a lot more of it. The strange thing is I think our pork tastes better when we use it, seems juicier. That being said when we butcher, it is hand picked and hauled to butcher, usually the fattest I can find, compared to being loaded on a semi and waiting at the packer. anyway as I said ealier paylean does seem to make the chops a little juicier. | |
