I know a couple that absolutely swore that grilled Pork chops were dry and tastless.
I asked the guy how he grilled chops. He put them on full heat for 10 min flipped them and another 10 min. He said it was like eating leather. I believed him and told him to tone down the heat and time.
I don't think that there is any meat that wouldn't be dry and tastless after 20 min of full heat on a gas grill.
