West Union, IOWA FLOLO Farm 52175

Well, I guess I'm going to buch the trend here....

You know your son better then any of us,  Do you think he's capable of flying somewhat solo?  Does he have an open mind and willingness to learn?  or is he a Know it all Daddy will bail me out type?

Is your son open minded enough to look out side the box?...if he is education may be a waste....I know for me it would've. Somebody phrazed it best above....it's not how much education you have it's what you've retained.

It sounds to me like he's already gettin "outside" influence if he's working at another place milking cows?

From what you've told us,I'd say keep it simple, me and my dad started with a simple partnership agreement.....lay it out in that agreement how much you'll help him, and stand by it.

I'd also say keep things a seperate as possiable....but that's probaly just me. Reason being, he will be able to see exactly what he's building...

My congratulations you're in such a predicament.... and seem to be in a position to help *GRIN* Kudo's
