mid minnesota | My son and I dont farm with my stepson because he is in with the FIL that was supose to retire but instead gave it to him Which we are fine with that and controls my stepson which I think is a little wrong , I would like to help him but the two boys cant see eye to eye, but the two cant get along farming. We both do all grain and some cattle but seem that when to many family is involved it comes to problems. Its not a train wreck I was just looking for advice to how to help the boy feel more involved.
