N FLA | I think we figured out those cows needed 5-6 lbs of corn per day too, thats maybe 0.40 per day for 150 days, lets say 100 days. Thats another $40 you did not include, just rough numbers.
Just for grins, why not apply the numbers for us to your 1200 lb cows for the same time period, and show if you would/should keep those. Sound like the extra 9 lbs of hay per day, 150 days, = about $60 more for those big cows. Can you rationalize keeping any for just 60 less......I dont know, I'm asking if you will do those numbers for us too. | |
