NEIN | Dont go to a trade or Ivy tech type college unless you really cant do the math and science for a real college. Tell him to bite the bullet and pay his dues and get at least a four year degree in almost any math or science field and he will be fine. I have seen far to many kids take the easy route at a local "tech" school and end up wasting their time and money. An Education is more than purchasing a degree. And as far as cost goes, well it can be done, I know I paid for all of my own without borrowing a dime, it just took a little longer, like 8 years instead of 4. | |
