If someone came to me and wanted to get into the auto repair field, I would beat them senseless and tell them I did them a favor. I have been in the business for 23 years and it's been getting worse since 2004. The auto repair industry is gone and it isn't coming back.
Tell him to look for a new field of endeavor.
