Can you see the outlet to the blue line tile?
usually it will run to a deep enough ditch somewhere.
Id want to check there first to see if it's running good at high water. If it is, maybe red time just not keeping up? or a plug in red tile.
If blue line not flowing good, problem with blue line


It discharges into the creek. I can get to the opposing side and look, but can't get right on top of it due to a curmudgeon land owner. Long story, but land owner collapsed the original tile, and new tile had to be installed on a totally different route because he wasn't allowing anyone on his property where it was originally to repair it.

Blue is current route. Orange is old route. Red is the backflowing problem section.



Unless your new main is larger then the old or has more grade, chances are it's under sized.

I don't think you have a back flow problem, I think you have a new undersized main problem.
