But what about keeping what you’re doing and working one or more of the younger, potential guys you are wanting to help get going into the current operation? You state that you don’t want employees, but maybe some well thought out employees that you seem to maybe have picked out to help get started could come on board with what you have built already. Could help with your load and stress levels and work into renting your ground AND the custom farming as well. Would leave them more to work with in the end, as well as help you in knowing you chose well, or identify something that may not work out as well as planned. | |
