Southwestern IL St. Clair Co. | I've heard some guys will rent out their owned land to downsize. Thought being if you give up rented land you will most likely never get it back. If you rent out land you have control of, then you can always kindly tell renter, I'm farming it again. Just another angle I've heard mentioned, no idea how it pencils out.
Weeding out some unprofitable acres could make your operation more profitable. Not always about most acres. Sound like you have family, spending time with them is important! |
