South Texas | I’ve wondered about that one. Need to put up some hay or buy some to get started. Because you’d have to buy heavy bred old cows before everybody else wants them, so that’d be early spring before the grass grows good. Then just let them calve themselves, call the cowboys to come work the calves, then call the cowboys to come get everything when the grazing season ends. So here I’d be buying cows in March and selling in December. Skip the heavy feeding months, and no bulls. | |
