I get what you’re saying. We have to realize we aren’t pitching bundles on a threshing crew, anymore. None of us are shoveling coal to boilers on the titanic.
We don’t need to eat the way our ancestors did, to support those activities.
Past pics of farmers…..I didn’t see fat farmers 100 years ago. Now fat guys can’t climb steps to sit on their backside all day in a tractor or combine.
there were few overweight children when I was young, now there are few who aren't overweight. it's sad to see, many will have health issues most of their life. some of it is from inactivity, but more of it is from eating wrong, which will make a person less active, and craving more of the wrong things.
