If I do anything that requires an immediate emergency room visit, I'll just start heading east towards Winnipeg. If it's bad I'll probably end up in there anyways, so I'll just shorten the distance.
I've never had any serious issues in the last 46 years but never had to wait either. EKG, Mri.... no waiting when I had to go for one.
