staffa ontario | Sept 17 2019 I sat in the doctor's office with my father when he told him he had cancer.
He told him the that by the time they got him in for testing (wait time ) it was advanced and because he was 90 the specialist wasn't keen on going after it.
I asked the doctor what his age had to do with it.
His response was this system works until you reach a certain age then it don't.
Dad sat there in disbelief. Finally dad said " so I have payed my taxes my whole life so we had healthcare and now they won't help me?"
Doctor looked at him and said "yes"
He went on to tell him to consider assisted suicide!!
This is the plan when you are old!!!!

My dads opinion of the system, his doctors opinion of the system is what matters not some cheerleader that has things sunshine and rainbows all the time.
Oh ya Sept 17th was his birthday!!
Nice birthday present.
He passed March 1st 2020.
