| That does seem high. I built one with the same specs for 249,000 (includes 21,000 for the lot) hardwood in living, tile in kitchen-bath, nice cabinets but no granite, block walls filled with concrete and rebar. Full basement unfinished-plumbed for bathroom. That is an average cost for around 'here'. Sold it for 259k right when the market was getting soft. Not really any profit when you consider my time, but I did learn quite a bit. | |
