NE SD | Jason you must be getting bent over. I am straight west of you not very far I don't think. Had my house built 4 yrs ago with icf forms and love them so far. I have about 1900square feet on main floor and a 29X34 garage and a 25X42 driveway. It was not over 25 grand and I know prices have went up but Geeeeeeeez thats just not right. I have one 4 foot jog in main wall otherwise straight. This included all footings, forms, concrete, labor. Not gravel or excavation. | |
