basement floor is warm. it tales about $1.50-$2.00 a day @.043 cents kwh to heat. some of this heat helps out upstairs also (lp gas).
i don't see how mice can get in the icf. form from the inside or outside. something must not have been done right. it has to be covered to prevent sunlight from ruining it. | |
