Guess I got off cheap but when I did mine 7 years ago 2000 ft. basement 9ft walls, 1000 sq ft. garage and 400 sq. ft. patio cost me 16K total. A little over 100 yds of concrete. Concrete was around 80/yd at the time. My brother had a house with the foam forms and the mice about packed it off.
