Its a stick built. 2x6 outer walls, custom built cabinets, vinyl siding, ceramic tile in bathrooms, 4 bed 3 bath. Master suite, large deck on the back. Front porch, cathedral ceiling in the great room, 9ft ceilings throught, oak doors, hardwood in the great room. I thought it was reasonable for what I'm getting out of it.
