| We built ours with Standard ICFs website standardicf.net. just a back of the envelope calculation I came up with about 80 yds. of concrete for walls and floors and the Icfs. priced at $7,000.00 . Then you have excavation, fill, labor etc.
We love the warm basement . Ours is toasty without in floor heat and once you pour the the walls you're done no more labor to insulate.
If you are doing the icfs I could possibly answer other ?s.
