Potomac IL | I'm just about ready to finish my house. 2300 sq ft. 1000 sq foot garage, 9 foot ceilings. form a drain. 300 ton of rock hauled in around footing to make sure it drains. Rub-R-Wall Coating 2 egress windows several corners not a box house costs 42k. Straight poured walls no icf. I put the tubes in myself. I dont think concrete people do the tubes. I would contact a plumber or a hvac guy. I'm not sure of which. My father in law does both so that helped out a ton. I know 100 yards in the walls alone. concrete was figured at 98 a yard. I'm going to be at 110 a sq foot with radient heat in the whole house. I would be at about 100 without it. I had the land, well and septic already in though. | |
