I guess you need to ensure you get a professional that does quality work or do it yourself. That's a nice feature of ICF's, like lago's, just stack them up and pour as you go. As far as the mice - how the heck do they get in? Chew through concrete ? I'd be afraid to live there if mice are chewing through concrete . . . All joking aside - ICF's are the way to go. There are very easy ways to tell if the concrete is solid as you viberate and pour. You have false experences with hear-say - jmo . . .
