No, it is a stick built home.  Local contractors bid,  I don't know if that included the tubes in the cement or not (I told him that we wanted floor heat in the basement and garage) so I am guessing that it is in there but wasn't written on the bid.  The garage has the correct footings along with a 4-6" wall to hold in any water.  There is a few goofy angles in the plan along with some large windows and such so it isn't just a straight job.  Is that pretty high?  I received 2 bids and the other was over 50k.  We haven't done anything as of yet, I just don't know if it is a wise thing to do????

Oh,  that does not included any of the dirt work..
