Loran... This is kggonzo on my brothers login... Nah.. no nerve stuck, just sounds like you got quite a deal on your paint. When i started this business the first acrylic i used was $22 a gallon. Boy did i get screwed. Then I found some at $19, then down to $14 a gallon for 5 gallon buckets. Special ordered it in 55 gallon drums and got it down to $11.

You have a big sprayer too huh? Mine will do 3 gpm at 3000 psi. That's the same as our little power washer. I hated to have to spend the money for it when i bought it $6000 ( i got screwed there too). But boy can it do some painting! Well worth the investment.

Unbiased??? We of course i'm biased.. but i do know a thing or two. I stick to my guns on the painting. If you are not going to cover it, you need to paint it with elastermeric acrylic. It only cost $.20-$.30 per square foot for the paint installed.
