That's what I'm thinking of doing...spraying the walls and blowing in some fiberglass above the ceiling.
I really don't like the look of uncovered foam so I will cover it with steel. It's either the foam or I can get some 6' wide fiberglass bats for the walls. But I'm afraid they'd get a little droopy over time.
