Subject: Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation

Jewell County KS

I got a quote the other day for putting on no less than 1.5 inches of Closed Cell foam on my building walls for $1.55 per square foot. Claims it has a "Factored" R value of 7 per inch and an "Effective" R value of 14 per inch????

Any idea if this price is in line or not?

Anything else I should ask the guy about this stuff ? Seems to be knowledgeable enough on the phone I guess

I've never been around it so any info is great.
