I don't know how you guys would be getting condensation. The foam is "fully adheared" to the metal. It would take a hammer and chisel to get it off. That being said, there is no air space, or no place for the condensation to form. On possibillity is maybe you used open cell foam instead of closed cell foam. Loran, ussually foam is the perfect material to prevent what you mentioned. dirtclod, my guess would be opencell foam on your doors. Or 20 years ago, they had different foam then they have today.
