| Do you have cleaners on the splitter rows now or are you just thinking about trying it next year? While I was notilling beans into thick stalks this spring I was thinking how much nicer of stand I would get with cleaners on all the row, even the splitters. Looks like it would be a good investment in order to lower seeding populations and still get a good stand. Everyone else has told me not to do it, but it sure looks like it would work great to me.
If you do it, please post back and let us know how it worked.
