Get a soil test....see what fertilizer the ground needs. Being the third year you should consider and kind of insect pressure you may have. I'd also look at a hybrid that had a strong disease package. If you are able to do some falll tillage that helps break down the stalks so they don't tie up too much N that you'll apply for next year's corn.
