Martinsville, Ohio | Not heard of any Dave. Would rather have mine one inch deep but I have done it with good and bad success. If you get a good rain to knock the leaves off and mulch the seed in good time you will have some success. We drill 1.5 M seeds, would fly on at least 2 M. We used to have a good aerial seeding program each year about this time but all the urban complaints kinda killed it.
