I agree. I have found it helps a lot to combine a couple less rows then the head... ie. 12row but only combine 10. This way you can watch the empty rows to keep the rest on the rows... helps to not pull the stalks out of the ground run everything through the combine. Sorry to hear your in this pickle... I hate down corn with reckless abandon!
