Missouri | Least one oldtime still around. Looking forward to selling 2010 calf crop first week in Jan 2011. Prayers accepted. Thats really not funny. Last time saw anything close to this, Mad Cow hit Dec 24th, that is the stuff I remember. My 1.36 Jan. feeder cattle puts are well below current market of 1.50 would not like to see them come back to value. Cows start Feb 15, Hef Mar 15, planned parent hood to the max. Last set of calves bawling as I type, they get weaned 30 days prior to sale. Been long time, 30 years since father in law had yearling on a cow that calved, won't happen here. | |
