North Mo. | Holy cow the attitude on here sure has changed since I said calve with nature many years ago.
Like Nemo Scott ask how are flies in your July time frame. We have not had much problem here in north Mo. with flies on calves more problems with heat in July or early Aug.
A thought on fall cows we tried and it worked we did not wean the fall calving cows with 2010 calves they calved 2011 little problems. The cows that didn't wean their calves for the most part were open. this has been discussed on the Pharo web site so thought I would try it. I may try it on our May calving cows also. Ben | |
