Well I'm in a holding pattern.  Called the store today and talked to a very nice guy who said the store manager was in a conference call, explained what the conf. call was about (weekend sale prices, etc.).  I explained what happened, he said he wrote all of it down and read it back to me, took my phone number and said the mgr. would call me back.  He said that this Mitch guy was indeed the supervisor last night and should have known better than to be so rude.  I hate sitting around waiting for people to call so if I don't hear back from him in an hour I will call again.

Good thing I'm not working right now.  I have lots of free time for repair people to come over to make this right.  I wouldn't have this luxury if I had a job.
