ah gees,, it takes just as much intelligence to drive the van with the washer in it to your house as it does to hook up the washer and drier. And the 2 delivery clowns couldn't hook up a washer ????

They wear "sears" jackets they are representing Sears. period. There was nothing said about "independent sub contractors".  The 2 clowns work for Sears plain and simple.

The salesman said no problem but obviously there was. On municiple housing water is generall not as "hard" (minerals etc. in the water) the part that bites thou, is generally contractors never put in emergency shutoffs at or inside the house (P poor planning on contractors part) so water can easily be shut off by a homeowner. Instead shut off's are completely dependent on the specific points where water outlets are located.

Too bad you don't know someone with just a little knowledge who is physically there. It really does sound like a 5 minute fix.
