Used to work in the Frigidaire Plant in Webster city. Make sure your door/lid is fully closed. They have a sensor switch that will not let anything happen with the door open.
Also check that you are in the right setting on the timer.
Finally, Spin the timer all the way around 2 or 3 times. The tumblers can stick if they sit a long time.
