If it's coming out from around the knurled hose fitting, it's the hose washer. If it is coming out around the shaft that the red handle is attached to, that is the packing. Sometimes a 1/8-1/4 turn with a wrench will stop the leaking. The plumber will probably have it fixed in a minute or two, if he does not have to replace the valve.
