Blooming where I am planted! | Thanks guys. Sorry to hear others have had bad experiences too. The end result is that I had 1 problem before. Now, I have two NEW problems. That's not supposed to be how it works. Something in their business model is flawed. Installation of a new appliance should also include fixing other problems that arise. If you have to charge me for things that are not your fault, then I'm willing to pay a reasonable rate...BUT do not leave the unsuspecting customer hanging with new problems. These are things I had no clue that would happen, and I am now left holding the bag. |
