not sure if they get grants to do that or what as it doesn't seem like they would make any money on that side of it.
Unless they just put a couple of Ts and valves in the line and then charge you $35 for 3000 gallons and send it back to you. Perhaps they'd at least run it through a 50 mesh screen for that price!
