No you can use your own well or pond water. It is a county over from us and talked to a guy today that got his notice in the mail yesterday from the Rural Water Municipality that he gets his water from. Sure would have been nice of them to give everyone more than about 30 days notice to get that figured out before they needed something in place and operating
